At Kartpin, we believe in complete transparency. Our real-time order tracking system allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

Understanding Tracking Statuses

• Order Placed: Your order has been successfully received by our system and is pending confirmation from the store.
• Processing: The store has accepted your order and is currently picking and packing your items.
• Out for Delivery: Our delivery partner has picked up your package and is en route to your location. You will receive an ETA and live map tracking.
• Delivered: Your order has been successfully handed over at your delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

While we strive for a 33-minute delivery standard, unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, heavy traffic, or store delays might occasionally impact delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed past the ETA, or if it is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our 24/7 customer support team immediately through the Help Center. We will investigate the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
