Orders & Delivery

How fast will my order be delivered?

We aim for a 33-minute delivery for daily essentials. Electronics and fashion items are typically delivered within 2-4 hours depending on the fulfillment center's distance.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address modifications are only possible within the first 2 minutes of order placement. Once the order is in the "Processing" state, the address cannot be altered due to our rapid fulfillment system.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular Mobile Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders under ₹5000.

Why did my payment fail but money was deducted?

This usually happens due to a network timeout between your bank and our payment gateway. Rest assured, the amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a defective item?

You can initiate a return directly from the "My Orders" section. Select the item, provide a reason, and a pickup will be scheduled. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed immediately after the returned item passes quality inspection. Bank transfers take 3-5 working days, while Kartpin Wallet refunds are instant.
