Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kartpin, speed and reliability are at the core of our operations. We utilize a highly optimized hyper-local logistics network to ensure that your orders reach you in the shortest possible time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.

1. Delivery Timelines

We offer a signature 33-Minute Delivery for everyday essentials within our primary service zones. For Electronics, Fashion, and larger Home & Kitchen items, standard delivery is completed within 2 to 4 hours. Deliveries are operational from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM, seven days a week.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a total cart value exceeding ₹499.
• Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal fee of ₹35 is applied to orders below ₹499 to cover logistics costs.
• Surge Pricing: During extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms) or exceptional peak demand, a small surge fee may be applied to ensure partner availability. This will always be transparently displayed at checkout.

3. Service Areas

Kartpin currently serves major metropolitan areas and tier-1 cities. You can check the serviceability of your specific location by entering your pin code or allowing GPS access on the app or website. If we do not currently service your area, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we expand.

4. Split Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be split into multiple shipments if items are fulfilled from different local dark stores. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments. Each package will have its own tracking link.
