Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our Cancellation Policy is structured to provide you with flexibility while allowing our hyper-local fulfillment centers to operate efficiently and maintain our lightning-fast delivery promises.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation:You may cancel your order without any penalty within the first 60 seconds of placement, or before the order status changes to "Processing" / "Packed". This can be done directly from the 'My Orders' section in the app or website.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation:Once an order is "Out for Delivery," it cannot be cancelled through the app. If you refuse delivery at the doorstep, a nominal cancellation fee (up to ₹50) may be deducted from your refund to cover the logistics costs, especially for perishable goods.

2. Cancellation by Kartpin

Kartpin reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the ordered product at the fulfillment center.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or descriptive information.
  • Identification of fraudulent or suspicious payment activity by our security systems.
  • Delivery address falling outside our serviceable zones or being unreachable.

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated immediately. For payments made via Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, the amount will be credited back to the original source within 3-5 business days. Payments made via UPI or Wallets are typically refunded within 24 hours. If an order is cancelled by Kartpin, the customer will be notified instantly and a full refund will be processed.
