Kartpin is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free, ensuring your absolute satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags, seals, and protective films intact.
• Returned within the stipulated timeframe: 15 days for Electronics, Fashion, Home Goods, Beauty, Books, and eligible daily essentials.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of products cannot be returned once purchased. These include innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics, personal care items, opened software or video games, and gift cards. Perishable goods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are found to be defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, navigate to the "Orders" section in your account, select the relevant order, and click "Request Return." You will be asked to select a reason and, in some cases, upload a photograph of the item. Once approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address within 24-48 hours. Please ensure the product is securely packed.

4. Refund Timelines & Methods

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately. Depending on your original payment method, it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card. Wallet refunds are instantaneous.
