Request Kartpin Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Kartpin customer account and associated personal data from this page. This page is available even if you have uninstalled the Kartpin app.

How To Request Deletion

Email indiakartpin@gmail.com with the subject line Kartpin account deletion request. Send the request from the email address linked to your Kartpin account, or include the phone number used on your account so we can verify ownership.

What We Delete

Customer profile details such as name, email, phone, and avatar reference.
Saved delivery addresses, receiver details, delivery instructions, and delivery pins where deletion is permitted.
Push notification tokens and notification preferences.
Discovery assistant chat history and saved search sessions linked to your account where deletion is permitted.

Records We May Retain

Kartpin may retain some order, invoice, refund, payment reference, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal records where required by law or needed to resolve disputes. Retained records are restricted to legitimate business, security, and compliance purposes.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership. If we need more information to verify or complete the request, we will reply to the email address used for the request.
